FantasyFi is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to lead and manage paid advertising initiatives across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role demands a professional with substantial hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling advertising campaigns across multiple business domains, including FantasyFi (gaming platform) and Real Estate marketing campaigns. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical strength, and a proven ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance metrics.
- Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimisation, and attribution analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights.
Requirements
- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Proven track record of performance-driven campaign management.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Experience in conversion optimisation and funnel strategy.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across varied objectives.
- Structured approach to testing, optimisation, and scaling.
- Experience managing Real Estate advertising campaigns.
- Experience handling high-competition niches (gaming, consumer apps, etc. )
- Familiarity with pixel tracking, event configuration, and attribution models.
