We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creative understanding, and hands-on experience in running high-converting campaigns focused on ROAS, lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
This role requires someone who understands audience psychology, campaign optimization, ad creatives, funnel strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CPA
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently
- Create retargeting and funnel strategies
- Monitor ad performance metrics daily
- Coordinate with creative/content team for ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and events
- Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies
- Improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency
Qualifications
- Meta Ads Manager expertise
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
