Rebuild Meta Ads structure (TOF / MOF / BOF funnel)
Run creative testing + scaling (UGC, hooks, angles)
Build and manage retargeting + warm audiences
Improve purchase performance (ROAS, CPO, scale)
Work closely with founder + content team
Who This Is For
2+ years running Meta ads for Indian D2C/e-commerce brands
Has achieved 3x+ ROAS on purchase campaigns
Experience in health / wellness / supplements / Ayurveda
Can think beyond ads — understands funnels, creatives, and conversion
Compensation
₹30K–₹60K fixed
Performance-based upside starts after 3 ROAS
Higher ROAS = higher earnings (clear growth path)
