About Allo Health:

Sexual health affects hundreds of millions of people in India. Most suffer in silence because the stigma is real and nobody has built a credible, accessible solution at scale. Allo Health is that solution. We're the leader in this space, growing sustainably, and now expanding into mental health and STD care. We're at 55 clinics, scaling to 200+.

We don't grow by hiring more people. We grow by building systems, leveraging AI, and giving each person exponential scope. One person with the right tools and mindset does what a team does elsewhere.

The role:

Meta is our biggest paid channel. Last year we brought the cost of acquiring a patient down by 40% through funnel and creative optimization. The channel works. We need someone to own it and push it further.

The biggest unlock on Meta isn't better targeting or bigger budget. It's creative. The person who cracks the creative pipeline, producing enough fresh, high-quality creatives at speed, unlocks Meta's full potential. That's the job.

What you'll do:

  • Own Meta campaign performance end-to-end: planning, execution, optimization, results.
  • Own the creative pipeline. This is the core of the role. Build the system that produces 10+ fresh creatives per week: AI-generated statics, GIF-format ads, short doctor videos, condition-specific templates. Not waiting on agencies. Not doing it all by hand. Building the machine.
  • Optimize the assessment funnel from Meta traffic to consultation.
  • Run experiments fast: test a creative format, measure in 48-72 hours, ship or kill, next.
  • Own Meta CAC and lead volume as your numbers.

What this becomes:

You start by owning Meta. As you build the creative pipeline and the systems around it, you become the person who shapes how Allo does paid marketing across channels. The creative and funnel systems you build will scale across the business, not just Meta. Exponential impact from a single role.

  • You've run Meta campaigns hands-on. Not managed a team that runs them. You've been in the account, optimizing, testing, iterating.
  • You think creative-first. You understand that on Meta, the creative IS the strategy.
  • You're already using AI for creative work: generating copy, visuals, variations, analysis. Not experimenting with it. Using it as a daily tool.
  • You like building systems, not just running campaigns. You want to build the pipeline that produces creatives at scale, not produce each one by hand.
  • Health-tech resonates with you. The work is meaningful because every consultation we drive is a patient who gets help they wouldn't have otherwise.
  • You're energized by working in a small team where you own the outcome directly. No layers. No committees. Your number, your creative, your impact.
