About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Manager who can manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns and support marketing automation workflows. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys working with performance ads, CRM systems, and creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Ads Management
- Setup and manage Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns
- Audience research, targeting, and budget allocation
- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns
- Track Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and improve performance
2. CRM & Marketing Automation (LeadConnector / GHL)
- Setup pipelines, lead flows, and basic automations
- Connect lead forms to CRM
- Ensure smooth lead delivery to clients
- Maintain campaign and lead tracking systems
3. Creative Execution (Canva + AI Tools)
- Create simple ad creatives using Canva + Generative AI LLMs
- Generate ad copies using AI tools (ChatGPT)
- Upload creatives and test variations
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily performance reports
- Share lead generation updates
- Work closely with founder on campaign strategy
Required Skills
- Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Canva for ad creatives
- Comfortable using AI tools for copy generation
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Gohighlevel)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong discipline and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Exposure to GoHighLevel is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 11,000 16,000 per month (based on experience)
