Role Overview
The Meta Ads Manager is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across global clients. This role focuses on demand generation, creative experimentation, audience building, and performance scaling within Meta's ecosystem. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, creative strategy, structured testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Account Architecture
- Conduct structured discovery to understand client offerings, target audiences, and KPIs
- Design campaign structures aligned with lead generation or revenue objectives
- Build and manage full-funnel strategies (cold, warm, retargeting)
- Implement structured testing frameworks for creatives and audience segmentation
- Select appropriate campaign objectives (Leads, Conversions, Traffic, etc.)
- Monitor campaign delivery, learning phase behavior, and performance stability
Creative Strategy & Testing
Creative is the primary driver of performance on Meta. The role involves:
- Developing structured creative testing plans
- Collaborating with clients or internal teams on ad copy and messaging
- Testing variations across: hooks, headlines, primary text, and formats (image, carousel, video)
- Analyzing creative fatigue and managing refresh cycles
- Identifying high-performing creative angles and scaling them effectively
Audience Development & Optimization
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting segments
- Monitor key metrics such as frequency, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates
- Optimize budget allocation across campaigns and ad sets
- Identify audience overlap, saturation, and scaling opportunities
- Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve performance
