Meta ads Manager - D2C

Job Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Manager who has successfully scaled D2C e -commerce brands through structured, data-backed revenue strategies.

This role owns revenue growth across Meta platforms not just campaign execution. You will be responsible for building scalable Sales and Conversion ecosystems, improving ROAS, controlling CPA, and driving sustainable customer acquisition growth while leading a high-performing paid social team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta growth strategy to drive profitable D2C website revenue.
• Lead high-budget Sales and Conversion campaigns with strong focus on ROAS improvement and CPA control.
• Improve core performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and blended marketing efficiency through structured experimentation.
• Implement full-funnel optimization strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention to increase conversion rates and LTV.
• Scale revenue using Advantage+ campaigns and catalog-driven ecommerce structures aligned to business targets.
• Allocate and forecast budgets to balance rapid scale with contribution margin protection.
• Monitor performance dashboards and take data-led decisions to unlock incremental growth.
• Partner with creative and CRO teams to strengthen landing page performance and overall conversion experience.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through Meta Pixel and Conversion API implementation.
• Lead and mentor paid social specialists, driving accountability, testing velocity, and performance ownership.
• Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging D2C growth strategies.

Qualification

• 712 years of experience in performance marketing, including a minimum of 5 years scaling D2C e-commerce websites.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in people management and leading paid social teams.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue through Meta Ads with strong command over ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, and funnel metrics.
• Experience managing high-budget conversion-driven campaigns including Advantage+ and ecommerce catalog advertising.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with deep understanding of attribution and marketing efficiency metrics.
• Ability to scale ad spend sustainably while maintaining profitability targets.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
