We are seeking a Meta ads Manager with proven experience in driving sales and revenue growth for D2C e-commerce websites. You will lead paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, manage budgets, optimize ads for better performance, and guide the team to achieve marketing goals. This role combines strategic planning, creative campaign execution, and data analysis to maximize results and improve return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns targeting awareness, engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Implement funnel optimization and user journey mapping to increase conversions.
- Utilize attribution models to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad formats, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Creative & Content Alignment
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ads that resonate with target audiences.
- Leverage UGC, video, and carousel formats to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and landing pages.
- Budget & ROI Management
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Forecast and optimize spend across campaigns for maximum revenue impact.
- Recommend scaling opportunities and allocate budgets based on performance and business priorities.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists and analysts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Innovate with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative ideas to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in paid social for D2C or e-commerce brands, with a strong track record of scaling campaigns to drive high revenue while maintaining efficiency and profitability. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structuring, scaling strategies, and audience expansion techniques.
- Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom events, and advanced audience strategies such as lookalike modeling and retargeting segmentation.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $100K, with consistent performance across ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth benchmarks.
- Strong command of e-commerce unit economics, including LTV, CAC, AOV, contribution margin, and purchase intent segmentation, with the ability to align media buying decisions to business profitability.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, with a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and customer journey performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ROI-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with proficiency in ad copy direction and performance-driven creative strategy.
