Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Meta Ads Expert. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Day-to-day tasks include setting up campaigns, monitoring ad performance, conducting A/B testing, analyzing campaign data, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI. The role involves close collaboration with the content and strategy teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Meta advertising tools, including Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Proven experience in Campaign Strategy, Optimization Techniques, and A/B Testing
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and generating actionable insights
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting, as well as familiarity with retargeting strategies
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Experience in budget management and scaling campaigns
• Google Analytics knowledge and familiarity with creative briefing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
