• Research trends, creatives, and ad angles
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report results
• Coordinate with design and content teams
• Work on multiple client accounts (healthcare & service-based industries)

• Strong interest in social media marketing and paid ads
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Creative thinking with data-driven execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow fast
