Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of paid social advertising and will assist in managing, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms.

The role involves supporting campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creative coordination, performance tracking, and reporting to improve campaign efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and interest targeting to identify effective audience segments.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Support the creation of engaging ad copy and coordinate with the design team for high-converting creatives.
  • Manage daily budget allocations, bidding strategies, and overall campaign performance within Meta Ads Manager.
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align Meta Ads campaigns with overall marketing and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, algorithm updates, and performance marketing trends.
  • Prepare performance reports highlighting key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and suggest improvements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong interest in performance marketing and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to Meta platform updates.
