Meta Ads Expert

Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience in Meta Ads who can manage campaigns, optimize performance, and generate quality leads and conversions for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
• Handle Lead Generation, Conversion, Remarketing & E-commerce campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions.
• Manage Meta Pixel, CAPI, events & conversion tracking.
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
• Monitor budgets and improve campaign performance.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with content, design & video teams for ad creatives.
• Manage multiple client accounts and stay updated with Meta Ads trends.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager.
• Understanding of targeting, retargeting, funnels & tracking.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and website tracking.
• Good analytical, communication & reporting skills.
• Google Ads experience is an added advantage.
• CRM/automation and e-commerce experience is a plus.
