Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and scaling.
- Monitor daily performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and optimise accordingly.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives.
- Analyse data and share regular performance reports with clear insights.
- Stay updated with Meta ad platform changes and best practices.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads.
- Prior experience with a D2C brand or dropshipping products is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of funnels, creative testing, and scaling strategies.
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance targets.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
