Meta Ads Executive

Experience: 0–1 Year | Full-Time | Remote

KonverQ is looking for a Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, primarily for Dubai Real Estate & Off-Plan Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
• Research audiences and test different targeting, creatives, and ad angles
• Work closely with the Creative Team to develop high-performing ad creatives, hooks, and concepts
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights
• Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, and best practices

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and lead generation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of audiences, creatives, and campaign optimization
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Interest or experience in Dubai Real Estate / Off-Plan Projects is a strong plus
