About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Meta Ads executive to support our performance marketing team in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real client accounts and learn practical skills in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Help with audience research, keyword research, and targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Suggest optimization ideas to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Coordinate with designers and content team for ad creatives
• Maintain tracking sheets for budgets, performance, and leads
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interface
• Familiarity with audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
• Comfortable with Google Sheets for reporting
• Reliable internet connection and a working laptop
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
