Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive D2C sales and high-quality lead generation.
• Targeting & Budgets: Manage ad spend, construct custom/lookalike audiences, and build retargeting funnels to capture prospects and boost conversions.
• Optimization & A/B Testing: Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and systematically split-test creatives, ad copy, and targeting.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and collaborate with the design team to produce high-converting ad visuals.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Core Skills: Meta Ads Manager, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Lead Generation, Audience Targeting, and Performance Marketing.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience managing paid campaigns in E-commerce, D2C, or health/wellness sectors.
