Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (including Collab Ads), and e-commerce/quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy for Dr. Veda products.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure efficient delivery across KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign profitability.
- Support campaign setup, audience targeting, media planning, and budget allocation to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and brand teams to provide insights on ad performance and creative optimization.
- Analyze campaign data regularly, prepare performance reports, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate closely with platform partners and internal stakeholders to scale campaigns and improve overall marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce/quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, CPM, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of performance targets.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, skincare, beauty, or D2C brands will be an added advantage.
