Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement WhatsApp-based bulk messaging strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure strict compliance with WhatsApp policies and data privacy regulations in all campaigns.
Manage end-to-end bulk messaging campaigns and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to tailor messaging for different segments and campaigns.

Job Requirements:

Graduate degree required, Postgraduate preferred in Marketing or related fields.
Strong expertise in WhatsApp Business platform, automation tools, and bulk messaging platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create customer-focused messaging strategies.
Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and experience ensuring compliance in campaigns.
