MES Lead Engineer

Job Summery

Lead the detail design and implementation activity for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform-- Syncade.

Interface with customer- gather requirements, workshops for solution review.

Requirement analysis to develop Functional specifications and design.

Detail design and implementation using Syncade Recipe Authoring Tool, VB.Net, ASP.Net, C# and SQL

Database design and implementation

• Recipe Authoring
• HRML, XML, VB Script
• Database : SQL
• GAMP, FDA validation and 21CFR part 11 compliance

Pharmaceutical manufacturing process

In This Role Your Responsibilities will be

Total experience of 4- 10 years in Automation / MES

MES experience at least 2 years.

Hands on experience on MES systems like Rockwell, Werum, Siemens, ABB

Hands on experience on Pharmaceutical Batch automation projects.
