Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead requirement workshops and convert needs intoFRS/BRD, process flows, fit-gap, solution design.
Configure/drive Apriso capabilities for:
Shop Floor Execution: order execution, dispatching, WIP tracking, station execution
Quality: in-process checks, NCR/NC, rework/repair, sampling plans, audit trails
Traceability/Genealogy: serial/lot tracking, component genealogy, pack genealogy, EOL results linkage
Inventory/Warehouse: material issue/return, staging, kitting, consumption/backflush (as applicable)
Maintenance & Workforce(if in scope): downtime, PM, skill/certification, labor reporting
Define station-level data capture for EV lines:torque results, tightening trace, testers, barcode/RFID, vision results, battery parameters, EOL measurements.
Work with stakeholders to defineMVP vs Non-MVPscope, acceptance criteria, and rollout strategy.
Support SIT/UAT: test scenarios, defect triage, user training, hypercare readiness.
Coordinate with Integration/SCADA teams (Ignition/OPC UA/MQTT/REST) for data collection needs and validations.
Educational qualification:
Any Bachelor Degree
Experience :
5-7 yrs MES experience withstrong functional exposure to DELMIA Aprisoimplementations.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
5-7 yrs MES experience withstrong functional exposure to DELMIA Aprisoimplementations.
Solid understanding ofautomotive/EV manufacturing(assembly stations, interlocks, quality gates, EOL).
Strong documentation & workshop facilitation skills customer-facing communication.
Knowledge oftraceability, genealogy, NC/CAPA, rework loops, WIP controls.
Preferred Skills :
Exposure to SAP integration concepts (S/4HANA/ECC), basic understanding of PLC/SCADA data capture.
Exposure to scheduling/APS concepts (Ortems/PPDS) is a plus.
