Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Rockwell Pharma Suite and FactoryTalk MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
• Lead the integration of MES with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth data flow and process synchronization.
• Ensure all MES implementations and processes comply with GxP regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, IT, and Manufacturing to gather requirements and translate them into MES solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Conduct system validation and support audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system design, validation, and operational procedures.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users to maximize the effective use of MES tools.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to MES architecture and integration strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with MES systems, specifically Rockwell PharmaSuite and FactoryTalk MES.
• Strong experience in system integration, particularly with SAP ERP.
• In-depth knowledge of GxP compliance requirements and experience working in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage MES projects from conception through deployment and support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Relevant certifications in MES or automation technologies are a plus.
