Key Skills: Manufacturing Execution Systems, .NET, Vue.js
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure and support MES applications and manufacturing workflows.
- Develop and customize MES solutions using .NET and C#.NET with OOP concepts.
- Build user interfaces using WPF, WinForms, and front-end technologies such as Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and JSON-based services.
- Work with SQL and T-SQL for data analysis, reporting, and database management.
- Integrate MES platforms with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Interface MES systems with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial communication systems.
- Support OPC-UA, Kepware, and Siemens Simatic integrations for real-time machine connectivity.
- Develop dashboards and reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Support data modeling, data warehousing, and manufacturing analytics initiatives.
- Work with GE Proficy Workflow and GE Proficy Historian implementations.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs such as OEE.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#.NET, and object-oriented programming.
- Good knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, and database management.
- Experience with WPF, WinForms, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, OPC-UA, Kepware, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience integrating MES with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, and manufacturing reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Industrial Automation.
