Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility Requirements
Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):
- Experience working in international environments
- Expert knowledge and practical experience in MES and Automation (including processes, e.g. ITIL, Cobit)
- High solution orientation and technical understanding
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Awareness of IT Security principles as well as knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization.
- More than 5 years of experience of advanced manufacturing production processes, particularly in electronics, semiconductors or medical devices industries
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably C# / .Net or Typescript)
- Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (preferably Javascript/Typescript and Angular
- Good knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL
- Outstanding software engineering skills following the state-of-the-art techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of MES and its various applications
Type and length of experience required for the position:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, automation, industrial engineering, or comparable degree or equivalent at least 5 years professional domain experience
Further skills and competencies required:
- Very good spoken and written languages skills (EN, assignment country language is a benefit)
- Intercultural competences due to international cooperation
- Team player
- Great understanding Experience with source control tools (preferably Git)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Swarm / Kubernetes)
