Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedMES Consultantwith expertise inSiemens Camstar and/or Critical Manufacturing MESto support digital manufacturing and smart factory initiatives within the Medical Devices and Life Sciences industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MES implementation, configuration, validation, system integration, and manufacturing process optimization in regulated environments. This role requires collaboration with manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams to deliver compliant and scalable MES solutions that support operational excellence and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead MES implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects usingSiemens Camstar and/or Critical Manufacturing MES.

. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into MES solutions aligned with Life Sciences manufacturing processes.

. Configure and support MES functionalities including Electronic Batch Records (EBR), Weigh & Dispense, Genealogy, Traceability, Quality Management, and Production Execution.

. Integrate MES with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, Automation Systems, Historians, and Serialization platforms.

. Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, GAMP5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

. Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10-14 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, Digital Manufacturing, or Smart Manufacturing environments.

. Hands-on experience withSiemens Camstar and/or Critical Manufacturing MESplatforms.

. Strong understanding of Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotechnology manufacturing processes.

. Knowledge of Electronic Batch Records (EBR), Genealogy, Traceability, Quality Management, and Production Execution processes.

. Experience integrating MES with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, Automation Systems, and enterprise applications.

. Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, Web Services, and manufacturing data management.

Preferred Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

. Experience within Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industries.
