Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Trainer to train students and professionals on full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MERN technologies and a strong interest in teaching and mentoring learners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom/online training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Design and update course curriculum, training materials, and assignments
- Provide hands-on guidance through live coding sessions and real-time projects
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, tests, and project reviews
- Mentor students on best coding practices, project development, and career guidance
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MERN stack technologies
- Support students in debugging, problem-solving, and project completion
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
- Good understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and basic deployment concepts
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in teaching/training is an added advantage
- Experience working on real-time web applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Firebase) is a plus
