Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mern Stack Trainer role based in Trivandrum. The Mern Stack Trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js for learners at various skill levels. Responsibilities include preparing curricula, lesson plans, and project-based assignments that simulate real-world development scenarios. The trainer will guide learners through coding exercises, debug issues, review project work, and provide constructive feedback and mentorship. The role also involves assessing learner performance, maintaining training documentation, collaborating with the academic team to enhance course content, and staying current with industry trends and best practices in full-stack development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and related web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience developing and deploying full-stack web applications, including RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, and integration with databases and third-party services.
• Ability to design clear training materials, including curricula, slides, coding exercises, and hands-on projects tailored to beginner and intermediate learners.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching learners in programming, with strong skills in explaining complex concepts in an accessible way.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive training approach.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to support learners through practical challenges and project work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in an EdTech, training institute, or corporate training environment is preferred but not mandatory.
