Role OverviewArbor Academy is hiring an experienced MERN Stack Trainer to deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training in full stack web development. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for real-world development roles through practical coding, live projects, and interview-focused mentoring.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured training on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Conduct live coding sessions, hands-on labs, and real-time projects
- Train students on frontend, backend, and API development
- Guide students on best practices, clean code, and application architecture
- Prepare students for technical interviews, assignments, and placement readiness
- Create and maintain training materials, project documentation, and assessments
- Mentor students during projects and doubt-clearing sessions
Technical Skills RequiredFrontend- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- React.js (Hooks, Context API, Component Lifecycle)
- State Management (Redux – preferred)
- Responsive UI & REST API integration
Backend- Node.js, Express.js
- RESTful APIs & Middleware
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth – basics)
Database- MongoDB (CRUD operations, Aggregation, Indexing)
- Mongoose ORM
