Role & Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices.

Optimize front-end performance and ensure responsive design using React.js and modern UI frameworks.

Design and manage database schemas, indexing, and performance tuning in MongoDB.

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to improve system reliability.

Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams for seamless integrations.

Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

Stay up-to-date with the latest JavaScript frameworks, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with React.js hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.

In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB with Mongoose.

Expertise in RESTful API development and third-party API integrations.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, or Nest.js.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.

Knowledge of authentication & security best practices (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
