LeadMasters AI is hiring a talented MERN Stack Software Engineer to join our on-site engineering team in Hyderabad. You'll be building and scaling AI-powered marketing automation platforms used by global businesses helping industries like healthcare, hospitality, and retail simplify lead generation and advertising through automation and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Build scalable APIs and backend microservices for AI-driven workflows
- Integrate third-party APIs such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and WhatsApp
- Optimize performance, improve security, and ensure clean, reusable code
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver new features
- Participate in agile sprints, reviews, and architectural discussions
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in MERN stack development
- Strong command of React.js, Node.js, and RESTful API design
- Experience with JWT authentication and MongoDB schema design
- Familiarity with Git, Postman, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Understanding of cloud environments like Azure or AWS
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
