About The Role
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications and working across both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern JavaScript technologies and be capable of developing responsive user interfaces as well as robust server-side applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
- Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Write reusable, clean, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with:
- React.js
- Node.js
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux/Context API.
- Experience working with cloud platforms or deployment tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience with Next.js is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
