Work Fox Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated MERN Stack Developer for a full-time on-site role at our Bengaluru location. The successful candidate will develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). Daily responsibilities include writing clean, functional code for both the server-side and client-side, debugging and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and usability. The developer will also participate in the full development lifecycle from ideation through deployment.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks like React.js (frontend) and Node.js with Express.js (backend)
• Experience with MongoDB database management and RESTful API design
• Ability to integrate APIs and third-party libraries for streamlined functionality
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
• Proficiency in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes is a plus
