Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
MERN Stack Developer who can lead and mentor a small development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in project planning, code reviews, and guiding junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Manage code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Participate in Agile development processes and daily stand-ups.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security principles.
- Proficient in Git version control and deployment practices.
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in team handling or technical leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
