MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive developers who can take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality web applications.

:

Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB , Express.js , React.js , and Node.js .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX , QA, and Project Managers.

Break down requirements into tasks, estimate timelines, and manage sprint planning.

Troubleshoot application issues, implement enhancements, and optimize performance.

Guide team members through technical challenges and support skill development.

Ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and development processes are met.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

& :

Strong hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), RESTAPIs , and asynchronous programming.

Experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments AWS / Azure preferred).

Experience with state management libraries Redux , Context API.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

:

Knowledge of TypeScript

Experience with GraphQL

Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

Understanding of DevOps concepts

:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
