MERN Stack Developer

We are a technical contracting company in India delivering software solutions for international clients, primarily in the United States. We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer who can build reliable web applications, collaborate across time zones, and support client delivery with clean, maintainable code.

Role Overview

The MERN Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role requires strong technical execution, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with distributed client teams.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

·       Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces in React.js.

·       Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.

·       Work with MongoDB to design data models and optimize queries.

·       Integrate third-party APIs and external services as needed.

·       Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

·       Collaborate with project managers, designers, and US-based client stakeholders.

·       Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

·       Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

Required Skills

·       4+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

·       Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related allied domain

·       Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack and system design.

·       Strong communication skills (English)

·       Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, responsive design, Git, and strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Comfort working with international clients and cross-time-zone coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience working with US-based clients or distributed teams.

·       Experience with deployment workflows, infrastructure maintenance, environment configuration, and basic cloud or server administration. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and application security practices.

Work Environment

The role will be office-based in Gurgaon and night shifts/schedule overlapping with the customer. Strong written English communication, responsiveness, and ownership are important for success in this position.
