Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 35 years of experience, including 12 years in a technical lead or senior role. The ideal candidate will not only contribute to development but also guide the team, drive technical decisions, and ensure best practices in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Lead a small team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to define technical requirements.
- Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 35 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a Team Lead / Senior Developer role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management libraries)
- Node.js & Express.js
- MongoDB (schema design & optimization)
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of system design and application architecture.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
