About The Role
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on skills in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a solid understanding of modern development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js.
- Write clean, secure, and well-documented backend services in Node.js & Express.js.
- Design and manage data structures and databases in MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product).
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and MERN technologies.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with MongoDB including queries, aggregation, schema design.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.
- Understanding of JWT, OAuth, or other authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with API integration, microservices (optional), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP plus point).
