Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in
React Native to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Design and consume RESTful APIs
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in MERN Stack development
- Strong experience with React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with MongoDB / MySQL
- Knowledge of Git / Version Control
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / Azure is a plus)
Good to Have
- Experience with Redux / Zustand
- Familiarity with Docker / CI-CD pipelines
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
