Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
Strong experience in the MERN stack with expert-level proficiency in MongoDB and working knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for queue management and Bull for job scheduling.
Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for application deployment and infrastructure management.
Proven experience working with large datasets, ensuring high performance, scalability, and optimized data handling.
Expertise in logging, tracing, and application monitoring tools and best practices.
