Overview
As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless integration and functioning of the components in the MERN stack to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Designed and implemented user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows like Redux, Flux, and Webpack.
- Develop APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.
- Implement security and data protection.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Debug and fix technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
- Work in an Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles.
- Familiarity with server-side architecture and server-side rendering.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs development and third-party library integration.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Proficient with code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Good understanding of website development, including security, session management, and best development practices.
