We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and should be comfortable building responsive frontend applications, scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and database-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Build scalable and secure backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases and schemas.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure application access.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend and backend application issues efficiently.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack or Full-Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ concepts.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

React.js

Node.js

Express.js

MongoDB

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API handling.
• Basic knowledge of deployment, debugging, and application performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Experience building scalable, production-level web applications.
• Exposure to real-time applications, microservices, or performance optimization is an added advantage.
