We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise, hands-on experience with AWS, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Design system architecture and develop efficient backend services and RESTful APIs
- Take ownership of backend development, database design, and system performance
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
- Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Strong expertise in backend development with Node.js and API architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience in designing scalable system architecture
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with Git / Bitbucket and version control practices
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with deployment, CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead projects and work in a fast-paced environm
