Required Skills
- 3–4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Solid experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Solid hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Solid hands-on experience with NestJS.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.
- Solid understanding of System Design fundamentals.
- Experience building and maintaining Microservices.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Experience with Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated unit and integration tests (mandatory).
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns, testing, security, and performance optimization.

- Work directly with international clients.
- Understand business requirements before writing code.
- Ask the right questions and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build modern web applications using the latest technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, production-ready code.

- Take ownership of features from planning through deployment.
