We are seeking an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our growing technology team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable full-stack web applications using:

MongoDB

Express.js

React.js

Node.js

You will contribute to product development, technical architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

*Key Responsibilities*

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack

Build reusable components, APIs, and libraries

Optimize performance, scalability, and application security

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers

Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services

Follow best coding, architecture, and DevOps practices

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Stay updated with modern web technologies and frameworks

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of professional full-stack development experience

Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap

Knowledge of JWT and OAuth authentication systems

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS/Azure

Understanding of Agile methodology

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in real estate or e-commerce platforms

Knowledge of Next.js, Redux, TypeScript, WebSockets

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)

Exposure to AI/ML integrations in web applications
