Role Description

The MERN Backend Trainer will deliver comprehensive training sessions covering backend development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). This is a part-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting interactive classes, guiding practical projects, evaluating student progress, and providing personalized support to ensure learners achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in backend development using technologies such as Node.js and Express.js
• Proficiency in database technologies, with a strong focus on MongoDB
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, specifically React.js, to effectively integrate with backend systems
• Strong skills in teaching, training, and creating instructional materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students
• Passion for education and mentoring, with the ability to motivate students
• Experience in developing real-world projects using the MERN stack
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
• Prior experience in conducting training or teaching is a bonus
