MERN Architect

Fullstack architect with Gen AI

Architecture, design, development, deployment and monitoring of innovative solutions. Should be well versed with Node JS, React Js, TS, Bootstrap, Java script, HTML, CSS, Python, GenAI (RAG related techs), middleware, Open source, MySQL, Elastic search, Marklogic and cloud-infra (AWS ) architecture. Deep knowledge of cutting edge contemporary technologies to provide futuristic solutions.

Domain knowledge of Life sciences: Pharma and R&D is required.

13 - 16 years of experience.

Location: Mumbai, Pune (Preferred) ,All BSL

Proven architecture and leadership experience producing end-to-end solutions rapidly. Including System Integration and platform integration

Lead solutioning on behalf of client, lead large programs as technology owner

Strong business and technology decision making skills are required

Define and ensure team's deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedule. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design

Expert in devising and documenting best fit solutions

Experience working with integration/API patterns. Designing microservices architecture

Architecture development using AWS services and cloud agnostic solutions

Design Expert in all technologies mentioned

Generate code structures, guide developers

Develop GenAI applications

Innovation and value addition is a key responsibility. Challenge status quo

Ability to lead a group of internal and external tech leads and development team

Run an architectural development process, design explanations and collaborate with application development teams, architects, Business, 3rd parties and customer

DevOps and DevSecOps experience

Ability to discover and define functional requirements, interview experts, and transform them into technical requirements and architecture definition

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and effectively influence decisions and positively

Experience with Agile Methodology, Design thinking, working with ambiguity, find own path

Always ready to learn, work on self-development and team's capability development

Lead development teams for multiple project

Establish good coding practices
