This role focuses on Meridian Developer, combining hands-on technical development with operational user support. The position requires strong scripting and database skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support end users using ticketing tools in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Meridian (Identity Manager) platform.
Develop and enhance scripts using VBScript, PowerShell, and SQL to support identity lifecycle management and automation.
Perform analysis, debugging, and issue resolution related to Meridian workflows, connectors, and integrations.
Provide L2/L3 user support by handling incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through standard ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar).

Ideal Candidate Profile

4-8 years of hands-on experience in Meridian Identity Manager.
Strong development and scripting skills in VBScript, PowerShell, and SQL.
Experience working with user support and ticketing tools in an IT support or IAM operations environment.
Good understanding of identity lifecycle, access management, and security concepts.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and end users.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
