We're Hiring | Manager Strategy & M&A

We're looking for a Manager Strategy & M&A to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and lead end-to-end M&A execution within the e-commerce / consumer sector.

What you'll do:

Drive corporate strategy and 35 year growth roadmap

Evaluate M&A, investments, and partnerships (buy-side)

Lead financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence

Prepare IC/Board decks and work closely with CXOs

Support deal closure and post-merger integration

What we're looking for:

MBA from a premium B-school

57 years in Strategy Consulting / IB / PE-VC / Corporate Strategy

Strong hands-on M&A execution experience

Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
