About the Role

We are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on financial modeling, deal analysis, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to corporate finance, valuation, and transaction analysis, helping improve how foundational models reason about complex business scenarios.

You will collaborate with global AI and strategy teams to assess the accuracy, logic, and financial soundness of AI-generated M&A analyses. Your feedback will directly contribute to improving AI models used for investment analysis, corporate strategy, and financial decision support.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance.
• Review AI outputs involving valuation models, financial statements, and deal structures.
• Assess the correctness of assumptions, calculations, and strategic reasoning in AI-generated M&A analyses.
• Analyze AI-generated content for alignment with financial best practices, market logic, and risk considerations.
• Identify recurring errors, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated M&A outputs and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of M&A concepts, valuation methodologies, and financial analysis.
• Experience with financial statements, cash flow analysis, and basic modeling concepts.
• Ability to critically evaluate strategic and financial reasoning.
• Interest in contributing to the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated financial intelligence.

NOTE

Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to 90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
