Hyve Sports Pvt Lts is looking for a Merchandising Runner who provides operational and administrative support to the merchandising team by coordinating samples, maintaining records, following up with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising activities. The role is responsible for timely movement of samples, documents, and information to support order fulfillment and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist merchandisers in day-to-day merchandising activities.
- Support order processing and maintain merchandising records
- Coordinate with merchandising,production, sourcing, for timely delivery.
- Maintain records of sample requests, approvals, and submissions.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding materials, samples, and deliveries.
- Follow up with internal departments on production status and pending requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication between merchandising, production, and sourcing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, shipment details, and approvals.
- Organize and file merchandising documents systematically.
- Track courier shipments and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure timely delivery and receipt confirmations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any related field
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, apparel, sourcing, or operations.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising and garment manufacturing process
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented and proactive approach to work.
