About the Role

Upbott is looking for a detail-oriented MBA graduate to join our team as a full-time intern in Merchandising & Operations. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with data, highly organized, and interested in working on eCommerce operations, product management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, catalogs, and merchandising data
• Support inventory tracking, pricing updates, and product uploads
• Analyze sales, performance, and product-level data
• Assist in improving product visibility and conversion on ecommerce platforms
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
• Maintain reports and dashboards for daily operations tracking
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and backend operations

Requirements

• MBA graduate (Marketing / Operations / Analytics)
• Basic understanding of eCommerce workflows and platforms
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
• High attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience or internship in eCommerce / operations / data roles is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce / marketplaces
• Understanding of product funnels or performance marketing basics
• Data-driven mindset and problem-solving ability
